Security of Your Provided Database
For 20 years we have served financial institutions nationwide. Recently our security procedures were evaluated by Experian, one of the nation’s top credit bureaus. We passed with flying colors, as we expected. Upon request, we will be happy to send you our Business Certification, W-9, and Experian application.

Security in the Upload Process
Send us your art and mailing data lists with absolute confidence. Our secure process upgrades standard 128-bit SSL end-to-end encryption with 192-bit TripleDES encryption on our server. You may download the complete Security Policy.

Here are some highlights:

  • Your file is encrypted during transmission and while stored on our server
  • Files are automatically deleted from the server upon download
  • Upload and download process are password-protected.
  • Password encryption of your files is unnecessary (Excel preferred for list files)
  • You must leave the upload window open until upload is complete
  • Progress meter shows when your upload is complete

Our Privacy Policy
The Designer’s Desk internal Mailing List. When you order materials from us, we ask for your email address so we can send you PDF proofs and periodically send you updates and specials about Designer’s Desk products. We do not sell, rent or share our mailing list. We do not link our mailing list to other databases. In the event you wish to update or delete your email address at any time for any reason, please contact sales@thedesigndsk.com.
The Designer’s Desk As A Third-Party Vendor. If you provide us a mailing list of your customers for a promotional campaign, we are well aware of the sensitivity of this information, and protect it as we would our own customer list. If you send us the list digitally via email or upload, it is destroyed when the job is complete unless you want us to hold it for future mailings. We NEVER sell individual information provided to us for mailing purposes.

The Designer’s Desk Website. We do not enable cookies. If you order materials through The Designer’s Desk website, we collect your name, mailing address, billing and contact information. Our use of this information is limited to fulfilling and billing your order, and shipping the materials to your desired destination(s) and periodically sending you updates and specials about Designer’s Desk products. This information is neither made available to any third parties nor combined with any other information at our disposal. In the event that you want to view, update, or delete your information, please contact
sales@thedesigndsk.com. Otherwise, your shipping, billing and contact information is kept on file for future orders, but will not be used in any other way.
