When can I have my materials in hand?
We can generally print, ship and deliver within 5 business days of your proof approval, but if you need your materials faster, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your schedule.

What software/file formats do you accept?
We accept most current PC and Macintosh file formats, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher. We prefer hi-res PDFs which include bleed, fonts and crop marks, but a designer will review all submitted files and contact you with any questions.

How eco-friendly is your company?
FSC-certified papers and soy inks, combined with the latest environmentally responsible machinery, help us lead our industry in eco-friendly print technology.

How much is my project going to cost?
We have invested years and resources into building a highly efficient digital press facility, so our costs are lower than most you’ll find. Please sign in to access our confidential price list and quote request.

How can I save money on my project?
If you have access to a design professional with current design software and can provide press-ready files, your costs will be minimized. However, even clear, concise, organized instructions go a long way to lowering the bottom line on your project. For mailing projects, ask us about segmenting your database, so you can target precisely the prospects you want to reach.
