The Designer's Desk Mailing List

When you order materials from us, we ask for your email address so that we can send you PDF proofs of any future jobs and so that we can periodically send you updates and specials about Designer's Desk products. We do not sell, rent or share our mailing list. We also intend to challenge any subpoena or other legal process seeking access to our mailing list. We do not enhance (link to other databases) our mailing list. In the event you wish to update or delete an email address in our possession at any time for any reason, please contact sales@thedesigndsk.com to make those changes.

The Designer's Desk As A Third-Party Vendor

If you provide us a mailing list of your customers in the course of doing a promotional campaign, we are well aware of the sensitivity of this information, and protect it as we would our own customer list. If you send us a disk or tape containing the information, it is returned to you when the job is complete. If you send us the list digitally (via email, etc.), it is destroyed when the job is complete.

We do not enable cookies. If you choose to order materials directly through The Designer's Desk website, we collect your name, mailing address, contact information (which can include a phone number and/or email address), and information necessary for billing. Our use of this information is limited to fulfilling and billing your order, and shipping the materials to your desired destination. This information is neither made available to any third parties nor combined with any other information at our disposal. As with any other personal information you have given us, any subpoena or attempts by law enforcement to gain access to this information will be challenged. In the event that you want to view, update, or delete this information, please contact sales@thedesigndsk.com. Otherwise, your shipping and contact information is kept on file in case you choose to order any more materials but will not be used in any other way.
